Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to authorised Valkrix staff only.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Booking records are typically retained for a minimum of two years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Payment processors: To process booking payments securely.
• Email service providers: To deliver booking confirmations and communications (currently via Resend).
• Cloud infrastructure: Supabase for database hosting.
• Legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or government regulation applicable in Pakistan.

All third-party service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies. Specifically, we use a session cookie (forge_admin) solely for admin authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics cookies at this time.

Google Maps embeds on our website are served by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (e.g., waitlist).
